1. Return and Replacement policy
Replacemnet only :
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The replacment request is made within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible:
- Customer must inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- It must be in original packaging.
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
- Unboxing video is mandatory .
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (after delivery).
- Products without original packaging.
- Minor color/design change.
- Items damaged due to misuse
